If the HTMLListener fails to instantiate (ie. VARTYPE() isn't 'O'), tell the user that the application isn't properly installed and prompt them to reinstall (assuming your installation routine installs MS XML 4, which I recommend).

As I mentioned to Naomi, someone on the UT had a similar problem with that code a few months ago. Installing MS XML 4 on the workstation resolved the problem. So, you might want to ensure that's the case here.
