Spelling wouldn't be a problem for our doctors, they rarely write the stuff in actual Latin - they'd spell it phonetically, "dijareja", but somehow they still use the native word for that most of the time. Not that they are shy of Latin... they usually use a lot of it, so the patients can't understand them :). But then, since I'm a doctor's spouse, and had to retype dozens of texts for her over the years (it's handy to have a geek in the house, isn't it), I caught on a lot of these terms.
