for many years our annual holiday has been at the same time as the WOrld Cup so I usually see some of it abroad. Once in France in a small hotel we watched Germany beating France We where in the bar watching. Someone said " There are Germans everywhere " Then an old Franch man watching from the back(Gauloise beret etc) said (in French) "Its just like in the war "


Nobody who knows football would want Italy in the final, they never attack.
