I don't know what is the situation here in regards to why you keep hitting on the Personality of the year. Some other members already replied to you in this thread by providing comments in regards to that. I already provided explanations on how it works, which is basically what is written on top of the Personality of the year page. This is a really simple process where members are free to decide to participate or not. If they do so, they have the choice of selecting one to three members for each forum. We simply calculate the sum of all that and announce the top three.
The Personality of the year is a recognition that we feel is important to have. We have many regular contributors in various forums who donate their time and effort to help other members. It is important that we all recognize them. I simply find it sad and irritating when I see one or multiple individuals trying to diminish this recognition by any means.
As for Naomi, she is involved in the Universal Thread, from an administrative POV, on a contribution basis, which is something we appreciate a lot as many people who would do the same work as she does here would probably only do it on a rate basis. We appreciate this a lot as it helps us to continue to support this product so as any other persons involved who contribute as well at various levels such as the magazines and related content. So, what she said is perfectly ok with the Universal Thread administration. We support the statement she did in regards to the Personality of the year.
In this thread, I have received what could be considered a personal attack because I am a French speaker. Whatever the justification you could have used for that, I believe my contribution here on the Universal Thread is quite ok and is not affected by any way because I am a French speaker.
