Now if we compare how much the space flight technology changed in 50 years and what predictions were there 50 years ago, we might also laugh but in a different way. Considering for example that project Apollo and the new NASA proposals for the moon flight are essentially the same.

However it is amazing to see what unmanned spacecrafts can do these days.
