>I recently had to re-install Acrobat 7 full version (on a clean WinXPSP2 install), and I could not do it by myself. I had to call their technical support who guided setp by step as I followed on my computer. Without their help I would not have been able to installl this version of Acrobat Professional.

>You say that the error tells you that Adobe Acrobat is not installed... Do you have the same problem when you try to create a pdf file from another application, like a word processing file or a spread sheet, or an email message?
>
>Depending on you experiences in creating pdf files you may want to cover all bases and give Adobe Acrobat tech support a call.

>Good luck resolving this issue, and happy holidays!
