It's a sub menu item. We have a menu Batch Data Entry with sub menus: Open, Review, Close. Open creates a new directory and all necessary free tables. Review allows to correct the Batch information (change client, product line, number of visits, etc.) and the close "closes" the batch meaning that all records are now entered and the files's content is ready to be imported into our main database.
