If you want FrontPage, then you need a Microsoft IIS solution. Brinkster could be just what you want. My site is hosted there and I have database access too. I used to use GoDaddy, but their service is really, really bad. They would frequently make unannounced changes on the server that would cause my site to not function, then take 1-2 weeks to respond to my support calls.
LAMP = Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (Open Sores)
>Thanks for the info, great questions. I even knew these kinds of questions were needed, but didn't think to mention it, because I'm talking very simple and forgot you couldn't read my mind.

>Only static pages with maybe some sinple front page stuff and maybe mild java. Don't mind sharing a server at all. I would think you'd have a pretty demanding web site to need your own server, but I wouldn't want my site slowed by somone elses site and I would assume some shops do better than others in distributing the load.

>OK now for a dumb question from me. What is LAMP?
