You can also do it with the Ghostscript (open source) with the command :
gswin32c.exe -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=Merged.PDF INPUT1.PDF INPUT2.PDF INPUT3.PDF
beware of spaces in the conversion path and more than 250 chars in the command string.
