For a number of years the UT alumni organization had me mixed up with a Daniel LeClair that was a graduate of their engineering school (I went to Univ. of Houston). I'd get calls and letters asking for donations, and no matter how many times I'd correct them, they could never get it straight. They even sent me a very nice, hand-done "good luck" card when I got recalled for the Gulf War!
You should have gone to their reunion party, and claimed that the other Daniel LeClair was an imposter. ;)
