How do you tell ISE where to install the dll?

I am doing this:

Redistributables, right clik on “Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9 Run time libraries”, properties, destination box: [INSTALLDIR],[DIR1],[DIR..n]

Also tried

[INSTALLDIR];[DIR1];[DIR..n]

didn’t work either way
