Hello,
I am writing an application that displays images added to the project as embedded resources (this is a requirement - the images should never be written out to disk and they must be embedded).
At this juncture I would like to create a dll project that has only the embedded resources (about 70MB of images) that I can refer from the main program. In essence I need to produce an EXE that refers to a DLL containing the resources. Right now I have been successful on creating one EXE that contains everything, but I have to break it apart. The program is very simple and written in VB.NET 1.1, so whether this is in C# or VB is not an issue since the re-write/adaptation is a small task.
Any help or hints would be great!
TIA,
