"Sexy" may be a completely personal preference - but the SQL lady [only] sings because no one will dance with her. Sex sells! Iterative pointer skills are required to feed OCX data. OCX are sexy. GRIDS are so "yesterday"! Iterative pointer skills require more "practice". Developers with iterative pointer skills can easily employ SELECT SQL. Developers with only SELECT SQL skills have no idea how to feed an OCX - thus - are so "yesterday".
