I got the following answer:

This means the Fox will climb a little higher, because ABAP, Pascal, Ada and Fortran AFAIK do not have alternative names. VB.net also will climb.

Although most of the critical remarks I have read here on UT on this Index are right, by some mysterious way this index attracts my attention. And I like it very much Fox climbs so high, although to me it wouldn't make a difference in my work. I keep using VFP until something better appears to do my work, whether VFP is on place 99 or place 20.
