In addition to Tracy's suggestion - you could put a container under the caption ( i do for ocx toolbars ) and use an animated GIF (or any "animation") and one the "applicable" OCX containers. You could do it with almost any version of VFP providing the animation container can be CREATEOBJECT-ed.

Does the VFP 9 image control allow for animated images?
