I am compiling a list of questions to ask before starting a new development
project. Here's what I have so far, and I'm open to anything else anyone can
add.

1) What operating systems will the application be run on?

2) What types of PC's will the application be run on? For example,
pentium III with 256 mg RAM, 80gb HD, ect or something lesser.

3) What type of internet connection will be available to the application's
users, if any. (Dial-up, network, cable, ect)

4) What is the level of PC experience of the average user?

5) What is the typical screen resolution of the users of this software?

6) Is this a multi-user application. That is, will multiple users be in the
system at one time?
