>I never read any EULA anymore, unless I have to, because I cannot figure out how to activate a feature for which you have to purchase additional licences (e.g Crystal Reports and Leadtools). Most eula's are as clear as mud to me, I virtually never was able to see a question anwered in there. I just use the software as I think it should be used. If I'm wrong, lets see how american companies are going to sue me over something that should be more obvious than a unreadable written english document, while I'm just a citizen of another country where different copyright laws might overrule the EULA's.

>And lets be honest, who actually does read an eula entirely and actually understands it for each and every piece of software they install ?

I know one who actually did. If you want to contact him, he lives at Oslo Hospital for Menatally Ill, division for special treatment.
