Not to worry. When you become a multi-millionaire from selling your software I'm sure Microsoft will finally be happy to clarify it all for you. :o)

>>>LOL,
>>>
>>>I never read any EULA anymore, unless I have to, because I cannot figure out how to activate a feature for which you have to purchase additional licences (e.g Crystal Reports and Leadtools). Most eula's are as clear as mud to me, I virtually never was able to see a question anwered in there. I just use the software as I think it should be used. If I'm wrong, lets see how american companies are going to sue me over something that should be more obvious than a unreadable written english document, while I'm just a citizen of another country where different copyright laws might overrule the EULA's.
>>>
>>>And lets be honest, who actually does read an eula entirely and actually understands it for each and every piece of software they install ?
>>>
>>>Walter,

>Which are ? Let me burn my CDs with illegal software and deinstall them from my PCs inmediately :)

>Kidding aside, for each software product I use frequently, I do have the proper licences. I never install illegal copies for usage, but I'm not a 100% sure if all software on my systems (I got about 8 PCs) are entirely covered by their EULA, since I'm not the only user of those PCs. There are some eula that talk about beeing able to install on multiple PCs as longs as you are the only user, or not beeing able to install it on a terminal server, etc. These kind of rules get pretty vague and unacceptable and create enourmous difficulties. For example. Crystal reports runtimes may not be installed on a terminal server. The question is, how do I control if my software is installed on terminal server ? I can't..
>
>Licensing issues can get very complex, technically and legally. I just gave up in figuring it out myself, and just see what is possible technically and act from what I think is allowed or not.
