Exactly! I cannot understand how a company that makes a legal document to cover conditions of use of its product but then refuses to explain clearly to you what those conditions are. Its surreal.

Here, use my product but dont mumble mumble with it. Also, you have adsfsdf sdfasf asdf bumble and make sure you NEVER EVER jdkfjasdf or sdfkjsafd. ALWAYS asdfasdf and dsafasfd provided you dsfsdgds mkhjg. If you dont understand my conditions then dont ask me for clarity - find some other person to give you *their* opinion on it. Is that clear? Oh and by the way, we just brought out version 2 - can you beta test it for us for free :)

>Ambiguity is very important in the business world as you never know when you may wish to take legal action against another party. You must not limit yourself by clearly stating what is and is not allowed. To do so would also limit the number of attorneys employed. After all, over one half of the attorneys in the world are in the United States.

>Having an attorney "interpret” a legal document does not guarantee that you will not be violating a written document. Right or wrong, in court the attorney with the greatest clout wins the case regardless of who is “right or wrong”. :)

>>I don't want to ignore your question, but the only answer for it is a repeat of what I said before, that Microsoft does not answer questions about the EULAs. That's what the text implies below:

>>As with any contract, you should seek your own legal counsel’s advice when interpreting your rights and obligations under the End User License Agreement.
