No way. I don't believe it. He's too visible and believe it or not, we try to respect a suspect's rights in order not to taint an inverstigation or an accussed person's day in court. Would be too stupid to give him that excuse in front of a judge. (cases of torture of other low-level prisoners notwhitstanding).
