I have never heard of red relish, but I know that green relish (pickle relish) goes great with a Johnsonvill Beer Brat.
Since we are on the subject. Here in Wisonsin you can get green catsup, along with yellow (or gold) mustard it makes a very nice color combination on a Johnsonville Brat.
