Try Ed Rauh's DirectPrintOutput class. You can find it in the downloads section of UT under "Direct writing to spooler without GDI response". It solved some problems I'd had with trying to control printing to laser printers on Netware print queues. The class is dependent on CLSHEAP.PRG, so make sure you download it as well.
