I can't tell from your requirements whether you're looking for a VFP component or a .NET component. If the latter, have you looked at ActiveReports or some of the other reporting components available for .NET?

If the former, what do you mean by ".NET compatible"? If you mean able to work with databases (such as SQL Server) that can be accessed by .NET, then Stonefield Query meets each of the requirements on your list, including the ability to invoke queries programmatically and use custom functions in queries.
