The Resize() event of the form is fired whenever the user changes the size of the form. You could add code here to change the position/size of each control on the form.

You might want to use the form.Controls() array to reference each object. Though I would first suggest having a look at the solution.app example which ships with VFP which demonstrates your requirement.
