However since living in the South where hotdogs are red and piled high with onions, chili (this chili is very spicy), and a different flavored green relish - I don't eat relish much anymore. I miss the sweet pickles we made in Wisconsin as well - can't find them anyway in the stores down here. My daughter will only eat dills.
It is surprizing how regional relishes and pickles are? I don't relish this pickle that we've gotten into.
