The opening paragraphs of that "study" were enough to make me suspect its objectivity. Even in NC, a twelve-year-old can't purchase a firearm, nor ammunition. We have loads of gun laws here - and yes, they vary from state to state - but the real problem is enforcement, not the lack of control.
