I am going to be posting PDFs online. My question is about the keyword metadata in the PDF document properties. This meta data is provided for the sake of indexing.

Does anyone know if Google actually uses this field for indexing? Does the new version of Windows or any other desktop file indexing services use it? (Assuming, of course, that Google indexes the content on my site at all.)

I am trying to decide if it is worth spending the time to pick thoughtful keywords or if this is an unused datafield.
