Frankly I'm hoping Mr. Harper doesn't get a life sentence for killing one of 5 CRIMINAL INTRUDERS! I believe that's exactly what would have happened to him here.
As for everybody having a gun leading to a bloodbath. These guys were only a few feet apart!
