Not sure what you mean but people who have jobs, money, housing, food, education, healthcare, etc, have no need to commit violent crime whether they have access to a gun or not. You can give them an Apache attack helicopter but they will still not rob a bank. They do not need to. That is a simple concept to grasp, imo :)
