Argentina. They taught them the valuable lesson... to pay whatever it takes to get out of the brotherly embrace of IMF, and start having a life.
It's amazing how IMF recommends the same thing everywhere: cut the benefits, cut the public spending, and start cutting the education and health first.
I wish my country would finally stop courting IMF and start using whatever smart heads are left there.
