But it's a beautiful Piazo scheme. Funding for secret software projects. These are billion dollar expenditures. A "connected" company could write a one form grid project - bill US taxpayers a 100 Million$ and no one will ever know if anybody did anything more than send an invoice and receive a check. Half a trillion = well only 300 Billion in 2001 dollars - a year is the note the taxpayer foots for all this stuff - and the cool thing is - they don't have to show us what they bought with our money!

Look at the limp homeland "emergency" services US taxpayers got for the hundreds of billions they were billed. Then look at New Orleans. Where did all that money for resources and management go?
