I find the editorial very interesting.
Given the amount of developers on the UT who are new to .NET, and who know VFP better than .NET, I hope to see lots of beginner- and intermediate-level articles, and articles comparing VFP and .NET (in the sense of "what is the .NET equivalent of ..., and perhaps some not-so-emotionally-loaded feature comparison - I mean, in the threads that discuss this topic, it is clear that most people are decidedly biased, one way or the other).
This is, of course, my personal opinion; I don't know whether most UT participants would agree, or whether this is in agreement with the magazine's policies or purpose.
