Yeah I found that site too. I am not worried that is to spy ware or anthing but it is annoying as heck when I shut down the computer or log off to have to press the "End Now" button because of it. I found some sites that said that others also had encountered this issue (or annoyance).
I don't think any of the other users (my wife and kids) encounter this issue when logging off.
