He's lucky that he didn't live in any of the flood-prone areas because he was out of the country when it all happened and didn't even hear about it until he landed at SFO on Monday evening.

>Some roads and hiways will be closed for one month. About 15 years ago those same roads were closed for almost one year due to rain and mud slides. I guess that this storm is not all that bad! :)
