I am trying to create a form with over 20 textboxes. And all the textboxes are set to read-only.

How can I in the shortest way make them not ready-only, when I want to edit the form?

Like the one when we use a form wizards to create. There is a group of command buttons, and I want to create one just like that in the toolbar. But I am not very sure how to go about it.
