The program uses the Getenv('USERname') to retrieve the username and verify against a provided list. I cannot figure out how,where, or what info to change for the new laptop to work like the old laptop did. Any suggestions?
Right-click on My Computer
Go to Properties
Go to the Advanced tab
Click on Environment Variables
Edit the appropriate environment variable (it's probably a System environment variable)
Above instructions are for W2K, may differ slightly on XP
