Basically, the first creation account in Genesis 1:1-2:3 has humans being created after animals, while the second account in Genesis 2:4-25 has the humans created first; in the first, man and woman are created simultaneously while in the second man was created before woman.

There are lots of other inconsistencies and fallacies all over the Bible (both Testaments). Logically when A happens then B, you cannot then say that B happenned then A somewhere else in a subsequent chapter. But logic and fairy tales never mixed too well.
