Alex,

Don't lump in all religious fundamentalists into one sack. There are many who are as steely-eyed logical as you or me on evolution who also believe the entire New Testament is true.

And, I might point out, that calling matters of a person's faith "delusional" is insulting and serves no good. It's just as bad as the fundamentalists using their beliefs to belittle and insult secularists.

You're better than that.

>>If you mean "Poof!" and a fish suddenly becomes a person. But you know that's not the case, and not necessarily a fish either, that it took millions of years to gradually happen (oh why am I bothering? You don't even think that a million years has passed since the Creation).

>>But your comment seems to contradict your belief - that a snake talked Eve into biting an apple.

Until fundamentalists open their eyes to at least try to objectively understand that there are other points of view, different than theirs, that logic exists and that they may or may not have a lock on truth, you will not be able to even attempt to show them the fallacies in their delusions.

>Hell, they can't even reconcile the fact that Genesis contains two incompatible creation stories.
