>Oddly enough, I have never been to NYC. You'd think growing up in Houston would make me use to big cities, but I seem to have a bit of a phobia about going there. But if I ever go, I'll be sure to check that place out!

We went up to see a show last week and my 19-year-old, who loves the theater, commented that he's no longer it's worth trekking into New York for theater. He finds the traffic, the crowds, the noise, etc., just unbearable. If nothing else, it's probably the last time we'll do it Christmas week. It took us nearly 4 hours to get from our house to being parked in Manhattan. We made the return trip in under 2 hours.
