I've finished development of a database on a test instance of MSSQL. Now I need to move it to production instance. How do I go about this?

For most tables I need just to copy structures. For some lookup tables I need to copy all data.

After initial rollover there will be changes in structure. I will implement them on my test database first. What is the best way to deploy these kind of changes?
