Sessions appear to be conflilcting. The program hangs periodically and sometimes workstations can't log in--the application icon is disabled. The client reports that sessions haven't terminated properly. An VFP5 version of this app runs fine on the server. This version runs fine on the network. Problems appeared immediately after the installation on Citrix.

I did not do the installation myself and the person who did is away. I know that the installation was done remotely but don't know the procedure that was used. Here are his comments immediately following the installation when the runtime libraries appeared to be missing:

"This is a issue with the installer. The support library is not being copied to a generically accessible by the installer. "

and later

"It looks like the support files are either being dumped into the profile or there are specific registry keys per profile for FoxPro support. If the Setup.exe is not run in the individual profile, the support file don't exist for the user. This is quite contrary to expectation. I would have expected the FP file to either live in Program files, or be loaded and registered in the system path."

I think it would be best to ask the System Admin to uninstall the app from the Citrix console (if possible) and re-install it using the proper procedure. I would assume that she should use Add\Remove Programs for both tasks and be sure that All Users is selected. Anything else?
