I'm not particularly pleased with InstallShield Express anyway. It's impossible to create the desktop shortcuts properly. In trying to be all things to all people it seems to make the most basic tasks extremely difficult.

I believe the reason the application isn't terminating for the Citrix user is that the app is still running in someone else's session--or perhaps a phantom session that didn't terminate previously.
