As to decaffinated coffee and test, that is surprising that researchers were able to discount the coffee and tea decaffination process link to raising cholesterol levels already. The study was just released in November. I guess coffee and tea manufacturers started to panic... :o)

Okay, maybe that's a newer study, since the book came out sometime last year.
