Actually, the one American beer I learned to appreciate is Scheiner Bock, which I first sampled in Houston. It used to be regularly on Kroger's shelves, but nowadays I don't see it that often. The Scheiner family is, judging by what it says on the label, pretty much the Fox-type kind of gang, only in beer :).
