Maybe assigning the temp file under your apps Program file folder and then setting your VFP temp file path will help,
Talk to the system administrator - it seems like sime kind of logging is going on. If you have your own network engineer - let them take a gander - if not find a good one. Sometimes, SA's get real retentive. Sometimes they exorcise omnipitance - sometimes they just have every thing so tight it's hard to breathe.
