Just to clarify Mark: Did you originally install the app from Add/Remove Programs while logged in as Administrator and find that the runtime files weren't available to all users? Did you then find that the command line installation worked?

We're still having problems. I'm trying to gauge the prospects of success before I coach a user through an install from the command line.
