Do you really *need* to fix it? Does your app compile okay? Since VS.NET puts that in there all by itself, I would hope that it needs it there and that it's correct. I suspect it's just the editor erroneously barfing on that line because it's an editor bug. I don't really know for sure, just guessing ... but as long as there are no compilation errors, then either don't edit your config file in VS (use Notepad <g>), or just ignore the error.
