Hard to say. Most XML books seem to have at least one chapter on XSL. The only pure XSLT books I have are the Wrox "XSLT Programmer's Reference" (which isn't ideal as a tutorial text) and O'Reilly's "XSLT" (which is OK).

If you'll be using MSXML you could try this site first : http://www.topxml.com/xsl/tutorials/intro/default.asp
