>How about "y" instead of "why"? I sent me supervisor a message once asking a question, and he answered y. Not knowing if he mean "why" (like why are you asking) or "yes", I just went ahead and acted as he said yes. I have yet to hear anything about it, so I guess I chose correctly.
I would have taken that to mean "yes," but for two extra letters... I think your boss is someone who likes people to think he's so busy he can't even be bothered to type "es."
