Unfortunately, a lot of those arguments will affect very few people - regardless on which side of the debate they fall. Each debater is probably going to end up only preaching to their own converted. While the arguments are interesting, none of them seem compelling enough to me (either side) to change the mind of any but the very ill-balanced fence sitter. The same is true of the Brady Law discussions. I'll let you guess on which side I fall. You get one guess.

Honestly I don't expect to change anyone's mind, at least not overnight. But the fact that you are at least willing to examine both sides of the argument says something. Besides, being Canadian, our whole 2nd Amendment debate really doesn't affect you.
